Yup, we are on the first day of 2013. No tsunami, no earthquake, no end of the world. We’ve survived the dooms day hoax (only God knows when is the day). I hope all this will make us learn to appreciate and cherish what we have more.
Looking back to the pass one year, I would like to share 3 of my greatest events in 2012.
Thank God for granting us our 2nd wedding anniversary today. Flashing back to the time when Wendy did a pregnancy test, we were both trilled to get a positive result. The ultrasound showed a 8 weeks old pregnancy. Really thank God for keeping our baby safe from our intensive activities during traveling. Phew…
I thank her for the endurance, patience & determination throughout the 35 weeks of pregnancy.
A Bundle of Joy
Baby Abel finally arrived on 31st of August, 2012. He was a truly the greatest gift from God.
Born to Run
Despite stepping into parenthood, I have found a new hobby. I had ran in 14 running events (2 half marathons) for a total distance of 396.42km since March 2012. It was an unexpected achievement to me due to the fact that I have no interest in running at all during my school days. My only reason to run is to build up some stamina and endurance. Soon I realized that I can run farther than I think. I also did made some interesting new friends along the way.
